Building management forms an integral component of maintaining a well-run building. Living in an apartment community has many challenges, complex systems and home owners living near one another. We work closely with the Owners Corporation and their nominated Strata Agency to provide structure and assistance with the day to day management of their building.
We offer a hands-on approach and will take care of everything you need, from preventative maintenance planning and repairs to inspections, security management and administration.

The first step is for us to visit you at your building and to take a walk around to get a better understanding of the building, what you need from us, and what the challenges have been - we don't charge you for this and it's a good opportunity for you to meet us in person and get a sense of who we are and how we operate.
