  • Maintenance Requests

  • If something in your home breaks or is otherwise damaged you must contact us as soon as possible, even if the issue does not bother you, as you may be responsible for expenses incurred if an issue is not brought to your Property Managers attention.

    If the repairs needed are not classed as urgent, you can complete the below Maintenance Request form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

    NSW law distinguishes clearly between urgent and non urgent repairs.

    Urgent repairs are defined as

    • a burst water service or a serious water service leak
    • a blocked or broken toilet
    • a serious roof leak
    • a gas leak
    • a dangerous electrical fault
    • flooding or serious flood damage
    • serious storm or fire damage
    • a failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the premises
    • a failure or breakdown of the hot water service
    • failure of breakdown of the stove or oven
    • a failure or breakdown of a heater or air-conditioner
    • any fault or damage which makes the premises unsafe or insecure

    For all non urgent requests please either complete the below form or call us on 02 9008 7499 during normal business hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
