All emergency maintenance requests should be directed to our office during office hours, between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, by calling 02 9008 7499. For after-hours emergencies, please use the contacts listed below.
You should only use the after-hours emergency contacts if the matter is of an urgent nature (such as no water, electricity, broken window etc) or if the situation/emergency is putting persons in danger. If tradesmen are called for non-urgent matters, you will be liable for paying any call out fees or surcharges.
NSW Fair Trading defines "urgent" as
a burst water service or a serious water service leak
a blocked or broken toilet
a serious roof leak
a gas leak
a dangerous electrical fault
flooding or serious flood damage
serious storm or fire damage
a failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the premises
a failure or breakdown of the hot water service
failure of breakdown of the stove or oven
a failure or breakdown of a heater or air-conditioner
any fault or damage which makes the premises unsafe or insecure
